    According to the performance comparison data of the films in the picture, PEF film (secondary inflated PEF) has the following core advantages compared to other films: 
    1. High transparency and glossiness 
    Glossiness ≥ 80% (significantly higher than 20-60% of PE film, on par with POF) 
    Haze<8% (excellent transparency, far superior to 10-30% of PE film) 
    Enhance the appearance and texture of the packaging, and improve the display effect of the product. 
    2.  Excellent mechanical performance 
    Tensile strength  120-140 MPa (far exceeding the 25-50 MPa of PE film and 70-120 MPa of POF) 
    Strong tensile performance, suitable for packaging heavy or fragile items. 
    3. High transverse shrinkage rate 
    Lateral shrinkage rate 40%~70% (significantly higher than PE film's 5%~35%, and also better than POF's 45%~50%) 
    Suitable for irregularly shaped products that require tight wrapping, with better adhesion. 
    4. Low temperature shrinkage characteristics 
    Shrinkage temperature 95~110 ℃ (lower than 113 ℃ for POF and 120 ℃ for PE) 
    Reduce energy consumption and minimize the risk of damage to thermal sensitive contents.

    5. Flexible heat sealing adaptability 
    Support  heat sealing and cutting sealing (same as PE, better than POF that only supports cutting sealing) 
    Compatible with more sealing processes to improve production efficiency. 
    6.  Balanced thickness range 
    Can produce 8-40 μ m (covering the thin specification range of POF and thinner than PE) 
    Balancing lightweight and functional requirements.

    Thin Film Shrinking Principle

     

    Heat shrink film is manufactured using plastic resin through molecular chain stretching and orientation principles, formed via 
    rapid cooling and shaping. The process works as follows: When the polymer is in a highly elastic state, it undergoes stretching and 
    orientation. Subsequently, the polymer is rapidly cooled below its glass transition temperature, freezing molecular orientation. 
    During packaging heating, molecular thermal motion induces stress relaxation. This causes macromolecular chains to deorient and 
    return to their original state and dimensions. As the material transitions from an ordered to disordered state, it generates significant 
    clamping force that tightly encapsulates the product.

    The mechanical properties of the film are largely determined by the degree of order of macromolecules.
