Glossiness ≥ 80% (significantly higher than 20-60% of PE film, on par with POF)

Thin Film Shrinking Principle

Heat shrink film is manufactured using plastic resin through molecular chain stretching and orientation principles, formed via
rapid cooling and shaping. The process works as follows: When the polymer is in a highly elastic state, it undergoes stretching and
orientation. Subsequently, the polymer is rapidly cooled below its glass transition temperature, freezing molecular orientation.
During packaging heating, molecular thermal motion induces stress relaxation. This causes macromolecular chains to deorient and
return to their original state and dimensions. As the material transitions from an ordered to disordered state, it generates significant
clamping force that tightly encapsulates the product.The mechanical properties of the film are largely determined by the degree of order of macromolecules.
